We assisted the Latrobe City Council and the Latrobe Elder Abuse Prevention Network to launch a new positive ageing campaign across the Latrobe Valley with the aim of promoting positive attitudes towards ageing and the elderly in the region. The AGE≠OLD campaign was developed by Sara Jane Hilditch, the LCC’s Elder Abuse Prevention Officer. As part of the campaign, eight unique senior Latrobe Valley residents from all walks of life were photographed and then interviewed so their unique stories could be told. The stories and portraits are displayed on council buildings across the region.
