Our studio as a whole has always been invested in the brand of our region, Gippsland. As a tribute to that, it felt right to share a sentimental moment as the iconic Hazelwood chimneys fell to the ground, and reflect on what Hazelwood Power Station meant to our area.
The landmark has been a defining monument in Gippsland for decades, featured on the front cover of our very first publication of Gippslandia Magazine back in 2016. To mark the occasion we thought we’d share some of the great shots that our studio photographer took of the Hazelwood Power station in 2016 and say goodbye to a significant landmark in our region.
So long Hazelwood.
