Working alongside Wilsons Property a brand has been developed called ‘Oak Hill’ specifically for expanding the opportunities of land development in Churchill where the land lots are surrounded by peaceful tree lined walking tracks. The brand created for Oak Hill, through the use of a naturalistic colour palette and strategic pattern placement, the design choices reflect the beauty and the soothing atmosphere of the Oak Hill estate.
